Opening this weekend in an airy black/beige/burnt orange space that features the menu displayed on three giant flatscreens, this new Allston take-out joint grills up paninis and zaps, traditional 16-inch Polish open-faced sandwiches that come topped with any number of fixin's (melted mozzarella, mushrooms, bacon) for $4 and resemble a Stouffer's French Bread Pizza that's tastier/fresher, and not a late-night dorm-room substitute for hooking up.
