La Carne Grill
Carne plans on expanding the possibilities of the kosher steakhouse by offering a wide range of dishes that won't send you to Jewish hell; apparently, God still hates oysters, but is totally cool with raw fish -- making Carne a legit contender in the Best Steakhouse Sushi Category (seriously). Carne's most important battle will be with its similarly upscale brother Prime Grill, for the title of Best Steer Decapitated by a Rabbi.
Bobby Van's Steakhouse/Grill
Bobby Van's third Manhattan restaurant is right across from the NYSE -- the perfect place to blow the kickback you got for rating MiniTrampolineCorp a "must-buy". With a high-end traditional steakhouse and a separate, less expensive downstairs grill (featuring burgers, sandwiches, salads and lobster rolls) Bobby Van's follows Keen's and other top chop-shops in the Double Threat Category.
