Gorging: Wicker Park
With its regal booths and mahogany bar, this old New York-styled pub's a welcome addition to the short list of UES spots that aren't terrible. The menu (from Del Frisco's former exec chef) includes blue point oysters topped w/ chopped spinach, horseradish, bacon, & shitake mushrooms, and Filet Mignon Sliders -- the tastiest desecration of traditional steak since the "Meat-a-Roni" craze of 1977.
Buying: Latino Royalty
This NYC-based company's menswear line expresses the "heritage, beauty, and zest for life" of Latin culture with a panache that suggests the wearer has a girthy penis. Order online with the "Thrill15" code and get 15% off your purchase (offer also valid for anyone unfortunate enough to be non-Latino, non-Royalty).

Drinking: Espresso at Subtle Tea
If your doctor's ordered you to lay off coffee, punch morning in the throat with a "Teaspresso" from this just-opened spot. It's actually got more caffeine than the coffee version, plus the health benefits of black tea -- which you can pretend'll fix the rest of the life-threatening conditions your last checkup revealed.
Sports: NYC Social Sports Club Registration
Registration's just started for fall dodge- and broomball leagues. Whether you're joining a team or assembling your own, your signup fee covers all equipment (including spanking team Tees), and gets you access to post-game drink specials -- which you'll need once you realize that, as bad as you suck at sports, you suck at non-sports even worse.
