An NYC-based, loose-knit cabal of "discriminating binge drinkers", TAPH dignifies the traditional power hour formula (60 songs in 1-minute samples) with free, downloadable mixes that'll expand your musical horizons even as your eyes go half-mast. Each compilation's based on a theme or artist; sometimes it's stuff you've never heard of -- like the Italian disco sampler "Little Macho Music" -- others, it's stuff you've only come to appreciate as a respectable older gent, e.g., the plaintively quaffable "Did it in a Minute: Hall & Oates Power Hour". Because variety is the spice of benders, each mix is paired with specific beverages, from the French House Century Club (actually 100 minutes, goes well with Champagne and Liquid MDMA) to Ghostface Killah (Remy Martin, Cristal, Cranberry Snapple, and Banana Nutrament).
