Jib Hunt

Available at Garaj, Inc., Blades, and Brooklyn Country Club

Though useful for jungles, traditional camouflage is ill-suited to cityscapes, where no one's impressed with your ablity to impersonate a fern. For concealment befitting urban surrounds, try Jib Hunt.

Thrillist - Jib HuntInspired by military implements of destruction ("tanks, helicopter gunships, ninjas"), NY-based Jib's army'd up line of spring jackets'll blend you in with any city locale you frequent, like bars or, when you're feeling really inspired, lounges. Obscurement starts with the waterproofed 2.5 Field Jacket, sporting a logo chest medal and patterned with avocado/brown/black woven grass -- 1970s coloration that'll make you well nigh invisible at Welcome to the Johnson's. Jib also has you in olive/beige/black fleece hoodies, which sport twin zippered chest pockets for stashing your wallet, cellphone, or hand (for impersonating the vertically camouflaged Napoleon).

Jib also purveys non-camo stylings, with graphic tees (gas masked paratroopers, coat of arms) and denim -- though if you wear both, you'll be sporting the most effective camouflage of all: jeans and a t-shirt.
