Eat: Mainland
At Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd; 702.739.6462
Perfect for a pre-bingeing fuel-up, Mainland's a funky minimalist hangar decked out with enormous, c-shaped communal tables, serving up noodle-based pan-Asian fare that's all appropriately influenced by China: wonton chicken crispy noodles, Filipino clams, duck soup with wheat noodles, etc. However, with offerings like wasabi & Thai chili Bloody Mary, the cocktails were obviously influenced by Bloodsport.
Execute your hunger at Mainland

Thrillist - Mandalay Bay Beach CasinoGamble: Beach Casino
At Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd, 702.632.7777
Far beyond a swim-up blackjack table, Mandalay's just reopened their sandy-shored, wave-poolside gambling den. First floor's a swimsuit-friendly sit-down restaurant, with blackjack, craps, roulette, etc, on the airy, open-windowed 2nd, and cabanas and a small private pool on the 3rd. If you think you can't lose your shirt just 'cause you're not wearing one, you're wrong.

Thrillist - LV Golf Course GuideGolf: Course Guide
VegasGolfer's few-frills site provides a quick, thorough cheat-sheet on 50+ public and private courses -- greens fees, locations, contact digits, web links, length, sand condition, horticulture, and more. Coverage stretches into Cali and Utah, which'd have you teeing off with Donnie and Marie, if they hadn't just inked an open-ended deal at the Flamingo. (Seriously. It's gonna be Os-some.)

Thrillist - Dice SaltGear: Kitchen Table Craps
Gamblers on a good run frequently forget to eat, but with these silver, six-sided salt-&-pepper shakers you can at least be sure that when you're eating you won't forget to gamble -- especially when "Salad needs a new pair of shoes!"

Thrillist - Vegas Video GameGame: This is Vegas
Check out the sneak peak of this Sims-style game that challenges your primal Vegas skills, "Gamble, Party, Race, Fight". The clip ostensibly covers "Party", with the character pummelling innocent club douchebags and scoring points with dance moves like "Travolta" and "Kid'n'Play" before excessive drinking blurs his vision, a condition you're actually supposed to relieve by directing him to urinate. Which is the "Race" part?
