The Cheers-like vibe's enhanced by Tommy's no-hustle policy -- standard $20-a-lapdance and $400/hr VIP sessions are adhered to like Carmax sticker prices, with no hidden charges for...conversation -- and on Saturday nights, Tommy himself takes the stage to perform his Stones-to-Buffet rock show (fans of Jimmy Buffet and Keith Richards = Parrot Cokeheads).

As for sustenence, barfood's available 24/7 (Big Ass Burritos, a sandwich called "Mr. Feelgood", etc); breakfast starts up after midnight, so you won't go without the meal that makes every day complete, Mams & Eggs.
