A green-walled cubby lined with grand windows and racks, Screwtop's serving up 40 wines by the glass or bottle, 2 tap beers (right now Winter Solstice Seasonal & Speakeasy Prohibition) and another 12 by the can/bottle; filling your gaping maw are cut to order artisanal cheeses and meats (prosciutto, sopressata, peppercorn-rubbed speck), apps like Chicken Liver Pate, and Cheddar Bacon Bruschetta, and sandwiches like the buffalo meatloaf/chipotle mayo/bacon "Buffaloaf" (so that's what Bill's laziest-ever draft-pick Mike Williams is up to!).
