Baja's first GA franchise is testing out fresh features not found in their other locations, including a full bar w/ house 'ritas, reworked eats, and more-modern deckings like an upstairs dining lounge with marble tables and two wood-framed 50" plasmas built into a red marble-brick wall. Hit the counter for tacos (pork, shrimp, mahi mahi...), taquitos, make-your-own burritos, and fajitas like the steak/shrimp/chicken Ultimo -- so named, because the only way to defeat it is with Iron Man's stomach.
