Coposhi

If you show a knack for something at an early age it might prove to be your calling, whether you're a young singing/dancing machine like Michael Jackson, or people liken you to Raven Symone thanks to your precocious screen presence appetite. For a boutique from a guy innately good at looking sharp, check out Coposhi

Open for business tomorrow, and started by two Virginia natives -- one of whom's been opening/running clothing stores since being voted "Best Dressed" in high school -- Coposhi's a hand-painted red & white-themed, bi-level shop whose name is 70s-era slang meaning "sexy" and "really cool" (sadly, "Sonny Bono" was trademarked). The opening's goin' down in three phases, which the owners call "Operation F.L.I." (Fashion, Lifestyle & Impression); step one's the upstairs, where they've got Stone Rose buttondowns, denim from Hudson, MEK, Dylan George, and Tru Religion, hoodies & belts from Desigual, and t-shits by Salvage, Remetee, and Tee Library, plus an Untouchables number from Kinetix, with a photo of Costner's gang that'll totally Ca-pwn your buddy's promotional Bodyguard tee. Phase two'll be the "Shoe Bar", which'll have everything from various Nikes and Converses to loafers from Bally and Italy's Donald J. Pliner; while third'll be the design operation, where an on-site seamstress'll take your ideas and re-work anything you bring from home, custom-tailor their Donnie Wellz suits to your size, and even add extra distressing to jeans or studs to dress shirts, though how they can attach Mario Lopez to a buttondown..

You'll become a VIP with your first purchase, meaning free glasses o' vino and discounts that as you shop, will become larger and larger, a policy That's Soooo Raven.
