From veteran BBQ'ers (Rathbun's, Eclipse di Luna, B'ham's Jim 'N Nick's), DBA -- or "Doing Business As" -- has taken over the former Vine space to serve up pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken/turkey, and KC- & Memphis-style ribs, plus 15 house-made sides from BBQ baked beans to a deep fried corn cob. Marinate yourself in southern beers (Terrapin, Turbo Dog), or grab funky hard stuff like Bacon-Infused Bourbon or the scary-sounding Pickled Moonshine Martini -- with pickle juice, dry vermouth, and Junior Johnson moonshine, you might end up burning down the backroads just to get away from it.
