Build 100% grass-fed beef burgers (dry-aged two weeks and ground daily) with 30 toppings (brisket chili, oxtail marmalade, fried farm eggs), or pick a "Blackboard" guy like the #3 Banh Mi (pickled carrots/onions/daikon radish, jalapenos, house-made pork pate, salami & mayo). Brews include drafts like Breckenridge Vanilla Porter, bottles like Lakefront Organic ESB, and cans like the Special Lager version of Stevens Point, which he can never get to after having a few.
