The "Pan-Latin" Holy Taco's firing up its monthly Tequila Tasting Tapas Night tomorrow (which'll continue the first Thursday of each month), featuring three Don Julio tequilas paired with a different set of Chef Robert Phalen's tapas. This week, it's Blanco w/ Manchego Con Tomate (marinated cheese w/ tomato & chilis), Reposado w/ Bacalao (salt cod), and Anejo w/ stuffed olives, who apparently were snacking on the other courses back in the kitchen.
