The menu's slinging go-tos like the peppercorn-crusted NY strip, grilled Atlantic salmon (shipped within 24 hours of catch), slow-roasted Carolina rabbit (w/ Swiss chard-applewood-smoked bacon ravioli & candied garlic jus), and the BBQ pork shank, which you'd better enjoy, cause it totally got the chef tossed in solitary.
