Two years after a 130-mph tornado messed it up good, ATL's favorite rotating restaurant is back with a Winter menu boasting apps like saffron corn cream shrimp & grits plus entrees including crab-/spinach-stuffed prawns w/ Hollandaise, and roasted lamb chops w/ merguez sausage. For the re-do, they've also replaced the 400 30-year-old wheels that power the sucker "in an effort to ensure that the wheel in the sky keeps on turning", which sounds like a Perry good idea.
