Stationed at the East Austin Trailer Park, ACS is the 3oz-patty side-project of a pair of award-winning Marriott chefs, who've snuck out of their majestic hotel kitchen to man this silver food truck mascot'd by a web-weaving, spider-legged burger (mild-mannered alter-ego: Peter Porker). Tiny tastiness starts with the hormone/antibiotic-free Natural, gets SOT-border with the Dos XX-marinated Barbacoa Style Brisket (w/ pickled onions, cilantro, lime-infused crema), then takes a piggly turn with a coffee-rubbed/Fireman's 4-marinated pork shoulder smothered in jalapeno slaw & red-wine BBQ sauce and dubbed the "Wired and Drunk Pig", though figuring out the myriad intricacies of the Barksdale empire's impossible without a clear head. Things get fowl with the WafChickenFle (waffle-battered free-range bird, caramelized onion, jalapeno syrup), while the script's completely flipped with the "weekend special": the achiote-marinated duck confit/honey-mint slaw/mango-habanero sauced Diablo Duck, also Daffy's hellish twin, who hath brought upon the world much sufferin' succotash

In addition to the burger game, ACS also applies their all-around culinary mastery to catering affairs, and will customize a meal for any occasion, be it impressively large, or, like, 5'3".
