Solar Crepes

This rolling crepe-cart's helmed by two culinary school grads who whip up high-end savoriness like a Soy Glazed Chicken joint with spinach, balsamic-reduction, and cheddar (cave-aged in rural PA), and sweetness like their signature "Knewtella": a take on the French spread that uses 100% hand-shelled almonds (for a feeling that's "less processed") and fair trade chocolate, which was hopefully acquired in exchange for a Griffey card, and not like, an Eric Show.
