In a bold move, grappa is the booze de la casa, served solo, or in daring cocktails like the Moscone (Grappa Da Ponte di Prosecco, Calvados, Crème de Cassis, Fresh Lemon, and Quince Paste). Sadly, the paint-peeling grappa-rita has been slighted, despite being the crown jewel of the What's-in-My-Fridge 'Tini cocktail family.
