Tonight, Hotel Vegas' downstairs lounge unveils 'tails crafted by a mustachioed Peche alum, and including the vermouth-heavy Indian Summer (chai tea-infused Dolin Rouge, Rabarbaro Zucca, Smith & Cross rum, Angostura bitters, nutmeg) and the Old Country Daisy: Pear Williams Purkhart, yellow chartreuse, sea-salted soda water, and Boomsma Genever Oude, sure to hit you with that Boomsma Boomsma Pow.
