For the Summer, Peche is bolstering its bar with eats like handmade potato gnocchi (Texas mushrooms, gorgonzola, sage cream) and rabbit confit (papas bravas, red chili aioli), as well as new cocktails like the "Shriekin Bandit" (Martin Miller gin, housemade orgeat, rose water) and the rye/ Strega/ Averna "Wicked Witch", though it's their absinthe stock that'll have you seeing flying monkeys.
