No doubt named to pay homage to its previous incarnation as the Federal Reserve Bank in hope of luring in Nobel laureate economist/noted bottle popper Paul Krugman, The Reserve's a 60-seat Euro-styled-though-not-Euro-accepting champagne lounge that bleeds off the Langham's overhauled $6 million lobby, and boasts a heavy-on-the-Italian-marble aesthetic complete w/ plush white leather couches and gold velvet banquettes built into the walls.

Pop Champagne And Merely Open Other Libations: After celebrating your totally under-the-radar waiver wire Kevin Ogletree pickup with one of six champagnes, feel free to move about the liquor cabinet by sampling any of their 30-plus vinos or a pint of imported suds like England's Sam Smith Pale Ale.

Pop Food Into Your Mouth: Start with pairing-friendly shareables like green onion & herb-laced deviled eggs, and smoked maple-cured salmon, before graduating to one of their choose-your-own-adventure "bento boxes" filled with panko-crusted Jonah crab cakes, or Maine lobster salad sliders on brioche... or both, if you don't mind watching the buttons on your pants do The Great Unraveling.
