Linkin House

Lincoln Park's new burger-slinging sports bar

Proving sports and house music can go together outside of Matt Damon talking to a shrink about going to Fantasy (boom boom boom!) and "putting from the rough", Linkin House's a bi-level, 6000sqft sports bar pairing 36 flatscreens, backlit drop ceilings, and Edison bulb chandeliers with a DJ booth that later in the night will pump out endless remixes of Numb local house music!

Whether you're there to watch a game or spit the same, you can fortify yourself with pretzel-bunned burgers (10z Angus or 8oz Wagyu patties) like the Kalbi-marinated, kimchi-topped Korean, the Garcia (bacon, jalapenos, cilantro cream cheese), and a bacon-cheddar slathered with...wait for it...Nutella, which is pretty hazelnuts. Buttressing those're six wing flavors (Orange Ginger, Sweet & Sour, General Tso's)..., garlic 'n olive oil-marinated grilled calamari, and mussels served either classic-style (white wine & rosemary) or in an imperial stout broth w/ garlic and Sriracha, which justifiably considers itself the cock of the condiment walk.

Of course helping you get your swerve on'll be a large list of bourbons and a dozen rotating taps (Brooklyn Brown, Green Line, Anchor Steam Christmas Ale...), and they'll also be dishing out desserts like caramelized apple pie, which won't make you good at hunting for women, but will make you a house yourself. How you like 'dem apples?
