The "casually cool neighborhood restaurant & bar" chain opens its first TX location Monday, with wood paneling, artsy photos, and not-artsy flatscreens providing ambiance for dranks like the Caffeinator (Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka, DeKuyper ButterShots, cream) and foodstuffs from tabouleh'd Mediterranean salmon to the blue cheese, spinach, bacon, and buffalo-sauced Blue Louie Burger, though anytime Louie Anderson has a burger, he is definitely not blue.
