Dee Lincoln's Tasting Room and Bubble Bar
The Del Frisco's co-founder's just soft-opened a second location of her Cowboys Stadium spirits & tasting-menu concept, a tastefully '70s-style, two-story lounge engaged in a loving relationship with the color red, and offering creative nosh like Sushi Pizza and the Beeftini: mashed potatoes, seared beef tenderloin, and a green peppercorn demi, served in a martini glass. For actual booze, there are 74 spirit brands to sip on, from Deep Eddy vodka to Lagavulin and Cragganmore -- yell at the bartender to "Release the Craggan!" and he'll cut off... one of your tentacles.
