Self-Made Ti-Punch at the Mandeville
Now available from the Devigne Bar, this self-service cocktail arrives at your table in its component parts: full bottles of rhum agricole & pure cane syrup, ice, stirrers/crushers, and garnishes like coffee beans, berries, and orange/lime zest. The kit also comes with a wax-sealed, ancient-looking parchment scroll with directions that suggest measuring out your rhum by fingers, though you might as well continue the trend of making this punch "by hand".
