In case you didn't just come for the industrial loft-esque vibe, food includes a baked pastry filled w/ sous-vide pork belly, mustard sauce, pickled red onions & mesclun; a smoked wild boar sausage w/ roasted sweet potato, black kale, pearl onions & beer mustard sauce; and a cream/ mushroom/ chicken Waterzooi, aka "a classic stew of Flanders" -- Jesus, that sounds good. They've also got three grilled cheeses (bacon & Gruyere, brisket & Maasdam cheese, smoked salmon & capers), a burger w/ mushrooms, truffle aioli, Stilton & crispy onion, and ale-braised short rib w/ turnip mash, aka Bobby Pickett's lesser-known, not really interesting Halloween-song sequel.
