If your dad's three divorces have taught you anything it's that looking at the same thing over and over can get boring, which's why the owner of this lauded LA wine bar closed shop over the weekend and totally re-jiggered everything, adding maroon curtains and communal tables, a never-published daily-changing wine list, and a totally new menu with a pulled pork gruyere sandwich, mushroom flatbread w/ roasted garlic, and a BLT served like a sushi-style cut roll.
