There's a new drink-slinger behind the bar at this historic Italian eatery who a) just redid the entire cocktail menu with classic cocktails born in LA ( i.e., the Valentino's Revenge, a Campari-instead-of-brandy take on the Blood & Sand, which was invented in 1922 to promote a movie), and b) is a pretty girl!!
