Because drinking while looking at art shouldn’t be limited to slugging Gallo out of a plastic cup while some dude named Yves tells you about his Secret deodorant installation, a gallery-owning couple just opened Wine by the Bay, a mod boutique shop/bar/gallery overlooking Biscayne. It’ll switch out its artwork every couple of weeks, host tastings, and let you enjoy an impressive lineup of bottles (which retail without the standard resto markup) either in-shop or at home.
