Pilsener Haus & Biergarten

Hoboken apparently called dibs on the next beer garden, and's getting it in the form of this 10000ft leviathan from a former Cafe Des Artistes exec chef and the Radegast owner. Sitting on the location of America's first brewery, 15ft communal tables are strewn about the wood-heavy interior and tree-laden backyard, dual open grills aid in kicking out Austro-Hungarian eats (soft pretzels, sausages from Brat to Weiss), and the more than 20 drafts are backed up by 50+ crafty bottles ranging from Tommyknocker Maple Nut Brown Ale to Ramstein Blonde, of which you must drink nine. Nine!
