The homey, dimly lit Village standby might have made our Favorite 5 Winter Drinking Spots based on its fireplace-sporting Scottish decor alone, but putting it over the edge are warming drinks from Hot Toddies to pitchers of Cognac-topped Mulled Cider, which they claim'll "ease a weary soul" and make people "prettier as you sip one down", so apparently they'll yell at everyone to do Tae Bo and Bikram yoga.
