Calling in a few industry heavyweights (Ace Hotel, Surf Lodge, Ruschmeyer's...) to consult, the bar at The Roger now has a fresh cocktail program (the Voo-Doo = Haitian rum, bitters, mango puree) and eats from the Goat Town chef, including a Chesapeake Oyster Po' Boy, and, giving Bloomberg the bird, Soda-Dipped Fried Chicken.
