This bi-level midtown mansion's plating up rich, slow-cooked short ribs and creamy lobster gratin, but they're also slinging post-work drinkage via a decked out pushcart and a tight menu of 'tails, including a strong pour of American whiskey w/ muddled blackberries & lemon (The Blackjack), and the rosewater-aided gin/cucumber vodka/vermouth A Rose By Any Other Name, which hopefully won't turn you into a prick.
