The Brinkley's on Broome dudes just put a little scene in the UES with this balcony-fireplaced pub serving their modern American (and healthier than you'd think) classics like a lobster club w/ duck fat fries, plus new drops including fried chicken w/ chili garlic, a thick & gooey three-cheese mac (parmigiano, pecorino, that alien who loved Coke and Skittles fontina), and a selection of "potted" options such as bacon jam & chicken liver mousse.
