Rooftop drinking can be hard to come by in the Winter, unless you have one of those cool Hoth coats with the wool hood and know how to disable the alarm on the door in your building. Enter the noble souls at Haven, who're introducing the tented Ski Chalet to their sky-reaching bar, where you can kinda-brave the elements (and the Midtown) while taking down seasonal drinks served by waitresses dressed as ski bunnies, watching old-school slopes-based movies, and using their Shot Ski -- four shots of ice cold vodka communally taken on an actual ski.
