This Williamsburg newcomer's spreading its old-school N'awlins French Quarter vibe, extensive oyster menu (20+ types), and leviathan absinthe list to the great outdoors, decking their just-opened backyard with bars both regular and raw, an antique wood trellis, restored Central Park benches, and hanging planters containing "herbs of all sorts", which explains why those planters aren't motivated to do more than just hang.
