From two dudes respectively behind Mint & Red Zone, Max's Brew Bar is a craft beer-ery (with food) sent from the future to kill Sarah Connor... no, wait, get her good and sudsy in the Piazza, using an ever-growing list of beers on 32 taps that link to flatscreens tracking what's available. Also, you can pour your own beer.
The brew list is straight from your dream catalog (just below a Shaquille O'Neal/Charles Barkley shirt-off… wait… they did?!?) and contains locals like Yards Saison, Troegs HopBack, and Victory Golden Monkey, plus cross-country goodies from California (21st Amendment Monk's Blood), Ohio (Angry Orchard Hard Cider), and Hawaii (Kona Koko Brown).
As for that forthcoming self-service draft system (t-minus two weeks), it'll let you pour your own beer from six SmartKey-activated taps whose selections will change weekly, daily, and sometimes hourly, meaning you'll never want to leave... except to get home and see a replay of that shirt-off.
Oh, and about that food: they'll do a menu of Panera-like, calorie-conscious sandos & salads (think house-sauced BBQ chicken on local-sourced bread), which might be a wise idea to partake in, lest the thing that's terminated ends up being you.
