For everyone except Joel Przybilla, it's hops season, which means IBU-appreciators can get a taste of the new batch at the Fresh Hops Workshop while learning all about the harvest (boooring!) and how to use a French press loaded with the little green nugs to make Olympia taste like Hop Lava (not boooring!), or just pretending to listen while drinking new, fresh-hop beers from Double Mountain, Ninkasi, Hopworks, and Breakside.
