One-upping Miss Muffet by ditching the silly curds for booze, Whey Bar's the new backyard, indoor/outdoor annex of Argentinean hotspot Ox. It'll feature small plates (rillettes, cheese plates... corn nuts), and more importantly, an exclusive cocktail list rocking house-aged Fernet, in addition to old-fashioned sours, fizzes, and other Ox 'tails now actually made with creamy whey, and packing enough punch to knock you on your tuffet.
