The zenned-out urban winemakers of ENSO Winery have moved from the garage where they started to roomier SE digs with a big roll-up door that opens an airy warehouse-like tasting lounge to the street, where you can nosh on meats and cheeses beside wines like their "unorthodox" Resonate Red #2, which they describe as "delicate yet strong", just like Mike Katz, if only you steal his t-shirt.
