New Cocktails at West of Pecos

The Mission's newly minted Southwestern tavern just stole away Blackbird's old bar manager (figuratively, not, like, with duct tape, and guns, and ransom notes, and topless Halle Berry who might be a double agent for the Feds or might be a triple agent pretending to be a double agent pretending to be an agent), and he's already got a completely new, worth-drinking cocktail menu. Two awesome tipples in particular: 1) the Prickly Pecos Marg, which adds serrano pepper & prickly pear juice, and 2) the Owl Hoot, a sort of Old Fashioned spin with Root liqueur & egg white.
