Finally in LA after launching in Boston, Wine Riot's a monstrous vino-tasting-stravaganza, with admission including all-you-can-tastes from over 250 wineries (from the States, South Africa, Germany, etc.), as well as $5 pairings w/ food truck grub (Cool Haus, etc.) and classes ranging from "What Wine Goes Best With Takeout Thai" to "Price Whore No More", presumably taught by like 50 of Bob Barker's retired Beauties.
