Nick's Off Market

The guy behind the short-lived Amber Den has replaced it with Nick's, adding booths & bar seating, ditching the wine focus for a full bar and a mess of local brews including Ballard's NW Peaks, and installing a menu that stretches from grilled wasabi bites w/ tomato basil soup, to a sandwich called Nick's Nitro Beef, which dates all the way back to when the American Gladiator nut-cudgeled him in a Joust.
