Not just what his business manager yelled after Arsenio cut all of his employees' health benefits, Mutiny Hall is also the third beer haus from the guy behind Collins Pub & Hudson Public House. This one has turned the former Jalisco into a spare, wood-inundated 100-seater serving a menu of classic pub eats and 20 craft brews that'll make you go Woof, Woof, Woof!!!

Get busy satisfying your stomach by noshing on their Mutiny Mac w/ Tillamook cheddar beer cheese, guanciale & crispy garlic bread crumbs, or the hand-formed Hall Burger made w/ Ballard's CasCioppo Brothers Meats & topped w/ a house aioli. Suds-wise they've got a rotating list that currently includes Fremont's Wandering Wheat, Breakaway IPA from American Brewing, plus non-Seattle brews like Bellingham's Boundary Bay Amber, and Deschutes' The Abyss, which, unlike the one directed by James Cameron, is actually better when unSEALed.

If all that's not enough for you, your impossibly high standards are probably hell on your relationships, but don't worry -- there's a full bar, apps (a charcuterie plate, Penn Cove mussels), and two-dozen bottled brews like Russian River's Pliny the Elder, and one from a place that describes exactly what you felt after finding out Arsenio got a new show: Delirium.
