The Penn Quarter favorite wants to ensure your Rip Torn impressions aren't limited to Friday nights, so they're introducing specials like Margarita Mondays featuring $5 spicy Thai chili joints (orange peel/cayenne pepper/smoked paprika/tequila), half-priced wine on Tuesdays (w/ over 70 labels), and, on Sundays, $2 pints of their house lager, whose finish is achieved via "low hopping", which is also how high jumpers achieve a quick finish.
