Open Bar Thursdays at Policy

Well, this is pretty sweet: in their upstairs party room, Policy is now introducing a totally free hour of open-barness (rails, beer, and wine) on Thursdays at 9p, which is perfect, as that's just about when you'll be waking up after the previous night's liquid nitrogen cocktail party.
