A "boutique" steakhouse whose two floors of plush couches, mirrors, and "peek-a-boo booths" evoke a "Victorian underground scene" (...but also with a sweet roofdeck!), LS's plating a country bacon-wrapped 10oz filet, and a 12oz sirloin w/ roasted porcini, plus non-cow fare like a pan-seared black bass that's been "demi-grilled", something Ashton experiences every time one of those Nikon commercials comes on.
