An Argentine chef's posting up in an Emeryville parking lot (for now) in a sweet truck that's decorated with cartooney street scenes and serving everything from spiced free-range chicken with traditional chimichurri, to handmade vegetable empanadas, to grass-fed beef with sweet potato mash, which unlike the Monster Mash, only caught on after years of perfecting.
