Opening Saturday in the Custom Hotel, this patio'd, Soho-style loft'll serve up comfort-foody fare like New York Strip Steak and Chicken and Dumpling Soup, even though the restaurant's name sounds like that of a Swiss company that makes machines that makes bistros.
