Celebrate the 400th anniversary of the French rolling up on Vermont at the Burlington International Waterfront Festival w/ 13 days of concerts (the Roots, Buddy Guy...the Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra), Francophone grub/art, and the chance to explore -- by boat w/ remote underwater cameras or scuba diving -- several of the 300 historic wrecks laying on the bottom of Lake Champlain -- like the Schooner O.J. Walker or the Ticonderoga, which teachers agree should totally be No. 2.
